An enthusiast at the helm

The workshop is led by Yohann, a long-standing wine enthusiast. At La Boucherie de Lecci – Maison Parian, where he works, he trained and gradually built up a fine wine cellar, conceived as a curated selection rather than a mere shelf: carefully chosen Corsican estates, which you’ll find in your glasses during a tasting session. It is this curious and discerning eye that he now brings to the workshop he leads at Santa Lucia.
