Canistrelli Workshop – Outdoor cooking with Sylviane

Join us for an open-air Corsican cookery workshop in the welcoming setting of’In Suarticciain the heart of the Santa Lucia campsite.

With Sylvianea teacher with a passion for teaching, you will learn how to make canistrelli, small biscuits typical of the island. A simple recipe, perfect for breakfast or with a cup of coffee, deeply rooted in the childhood memories of Corsicans.

A relaxed atmosphere, shared activities, rustic aromas: everyone pitches in, shapes, bakes and then savours the results. A genuine moment of togetherness centred around an iconic recipe.

💶 One 35 € contribution is requested, to cover ingredients, equipment and the chef's fee for the day.
