Migliaccioli corses workshop - Outdoor cooking with Sylviane

The smell of cheese is already tickling your nostrils... Join us for an open-air Corsican cooking workshop, in the friendly surroundings ofIn Suarticciain the heart of the Santa Lucia campsite.

With Sylvianea teacher with a passion for teaching, you will learn how to make migliaccioliA simple, generous recipe, rooted in Corsican childhood memories. A simple, generous recipe, rooted in the childhood memories of the Corsicans.

A relaxed atmosphere, shared gestures, rustic flavours: everyone gets involved, shapes, cooks and then savours. It's a real opportunity to share a recipe that's so emblematic of the Corsican summer.

💶 One 35 € contribution is requested, to cover ingredients, equipment and the chef's fee for the day.
